2009/2010 Registration Information:
You have the following options to register:

Download the 2009/2010 registration form in PDF format and print it. You will need to download Adobe Reader if it is not already installed on your system.
Mail the completed form and your check made out to the Pine Lake Co-op Preschool to:

You can also call or e-mail the registrar, Jaime Menold, at (425) 427-2940 or registrar@pinelakecoop.org and she can e-mail or mail you a form to fill out.
When calling, please remember that our registrar is a parent volunteer. You can expect a return call by the next day, usually during morning or evening hours.
